Previous speaker: Harry Seaton

Harry is a 24 year old ex-content creator turned agency founder, running Fluential (a social and influencer agency) and TLNT (a management agency). Having worked with a variety of clients from the National Crime Agency to Universal Music, he believes his generation have a unique opportunity to run successful media companies thanks to their first-hand experience growing up with social media.

Remel London - Facilitator 26th February

Remel London is an award-winning British TV, Radio presenter and host. Since graduating with a BA Degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Leeds, Remel’s high energy, fun and thoughtful style has resulted in her becoming the lead presenter on SKY One’s Unmuted, the host of the Saturday Afternoon show on CAPITAL XTRA and a highly sought after voice-over artist working with the BBC, CBBC, BET, UKTV and BT Sports to name a few. 

Remel London is very passionate about her local community and young creatives. She is the founder of The Mainstream, which is a creative platform offering networking opportunities, live events, workshops, seminars, Q&A’s and a podcast to support individuals that would like to launch and develop their career into the mainstream media and entertainment world. 

 

Q&A Session

Our lively and interactive question and answer session gives the students control to ask the questions they want answers to. All the speakers take to the stage to answer questions to provide different perspectives and to offer invaluable career advice from their own experience.

Workbook and Park Challenges

Our complementary workbooks are designed to be used as your group enjoy the Disney® Parks. The workbooks contain park challenges which encourage students to take a step back and critically appraise the resort from their subject perspective. These park challenges provide opportunity for problem solving, decision making as well as working together so that your students get the maximum from the their time at Disneyland® Paris.

Previous speaker: Andrew Davis

Andrew Davis is renowned for helping organisations transform their new business development and client relations activities.

As one of the UK’s most prolific and sought-after digital marketing trainers, keynote speakers, and consultants, Andrew has applied his unique approach to clients in multiple sectors.
Andrew has trained many prominent names with their digital skills and projects including KPMG, The Royal Mail, Ogilvy, Saatchi & Saatchi, Dyson, o2 and Tescos. Andrew also sat on the Ofcom Advisory Committee for England where he focused on innovation, diversification and small businesses.
Andrew's digital career spans over 21 years. After working as a chatroom moderator on Pop Idol and Liverpool Football Club, Andrew served as a producer for the digital station BBC Radio 1Xtra. He then went on to be a Manager for Myspace.com, where he helped launch its UK Marketing and Content division before he started training and consulting.

 

Previous facilitator: Hayley Hassall

Hayley started her presenting career after being an undercover reporter for Panorama, since then she has reported and presented on BBC Panorama specials, The One Show, Sunday Live, ITV Tonight, BBC1 Radio 4 and 5Live.
Hayley now has 20 years’ experience of presenting on live national TV and Radio shows, she is a trained counsellor and has a friendly and non-patronising way of interviewing a broad rage of people from victims, to royalty to criminals.  Hayley has had a speech impediment since she was a young child but she has not let this hold her back, in fact she believes it makes her a better journalist.  From being bullied at school for the way she speaks, she now speaks to millions of people live on the TV and radio every day.
Hayley is a mother of two, a proud Northerner who comes from Blackpool and she uses her free time to work at a soup kitchen and food bank and help the local Sunday school.
