NST is a fully bonded tour operator which means you WILL be protected from losing your money or being stranded abroad in the event of:
- any unforeseen events in relation to your accommodation or transport
- your tour operator goes out of business

Why should I use a Tour Operator?
With increasing on-line availability of flights and separate accommodation agents, Group Leaders might be tempted to put their own packages together online. Despite what many believe, these tours are not protected in the same way as if you'd booked everything with a single tour operator, such as NST.
- Your money is NOT protected if you book directly with an Airline
- Your money is NOT protected if you book your accommodation directly
- If you make your own arrangements, you are NOT covered by NST’s Group Insurance Policy which means that you are personally liable for any eventuality that may occur.
