We employ 16 people at our Dublin office, all dedicated to providing the service you’d expect from a market leading school travel company.

A lot goes in to creating a tour; each and every one of our departments contributes to helping you on your way and taking some of the pressure off you. Some of our departments are based in the UK.

Helping you on your way

  • If you’re new to NST, your first port of call will be our team of Tour Advisors who, with their extensive school travel knowledge, will advise you on the best options for your group.
  • Once you’ve booked, you’ll be paired with your own dedicated, knowledgeable Tour Planner who’ll work with you to plan and arrange your school travel itinerary from start to finish.
  • Whilst you’re away, in many of our most popular destinations you’ll have a city representative who’ll support you with such things as being met on arrival, getting checked in, advising you on your destination and acting as a port of call for assistance, whatever it is you need and whenever you need it.
  • Our product development team do just that; they develop our ‘products’. They discuss ideas with teachers, research the School destinations where your subject can be brought to life, and get visit providers on-board – making us your one-stop school travel shop. NST’s marketing team then bring all of these school tour options to your door in the form of brochures, flyers, emails, and our website to enable you to choose your next tour more easily.
  • Safety is, and always has been, a top priority at NST and our safety department’s role, based in the UK, is pivotal to our organisation. The team make sure every component of your school travel experience is deemed safe and fit for purpose. This service is designed to save you time in conducting risk assessments and give you the confidence that your students will be safe whilst they’re in your care.
  • When it comes to sourcing the most appropriate hotels, hostels and transport options for school tours, our contracting and transport teams, based in the UK, are at the top of their game. They negotiate the best group rates possible with safety assessed, reliable companies (so we can pass savings on to you), and pre-book seats and beds at popular times of year so that you’ll have more chance of travelling on your preferred dates.
  • Our finance, administration, IT and HR departments are all pivotal to the success of our business. They are our unsung heroes, keeping on top of the numbers, making sure your tour is in order, developing systems which provide a seamless booking experience for you, and placing the very best people in the right roles to make sure you receive the very best tour possible.
