24/7 Emergency Support

Our Staff provide 24/7 back-up to Group Leaders who need emergency assistance whilst on tour.

NST employees also undergo training for emergency scenarios and our emergency response staff can call upon all necessary support and resources to resolve an emergency situation.

Our City Representatives are also on hand locally to assist groups in difficulty.
Their local knowledge and language skills can prove invaluable in such circumstances.

Medical Emergency Assistance

In a medical emergency, the organisation ‘Mercury International Assistance’ provide our groups with a 24 hour emergency medical service, more details.
